Supporting independence with compassion and respect.
We work collaboratively so our provision allows each service user to build their confidence, knowledge, skills and abilities and families/carers can feel reassured by the level of quality we deliver.

We act with transparency and professionalism, maintaining trust with service users, families and professionals.
We work collaboratively to understand the individual and provide them with accommodation and support, so they develop the confidence, knowledge, skills and abilities needed to live independently. We will:
- Provide a stable environment where the individual can work out who they are and what they want in life
- Provide a safe environment to learn social skills and build and maintain positive relationships
- Find community services and activities that meet specific needs such as Jobcentre Plus and the Citizenโs Advice Bureau.
- Liaise with social workers and other agencies, advocacy services, training schemes, colleges, housing and other key partners
We work with individuals to access activities in the community whether that be sports, hobbies, arts and crafts or meeting friends. If there is something the service user would like to do, we will find out more about it and help them take part.
The service user may wish to join a community group which understands their culture and practices to feel more connected. Staff support individuals with making introductions, travel cards and attending chosen activities or community groups.

Our service is delivered via our quality assurance procedures which are supported by audits, health and safety procedures, support plans and risk assessments. Audits are measured against industry standards and legislative requirements.
Through continuous improvement, empowerment of our teams and a commitment to excellence, every person can live with dignity and happiness.
