Together we build confidence, independence and brighter lives.

We strive for the highest standards in care and service delivery from personal support to domestic care. We continuously learn, improve and adapt to provide safe, effective and reliable support. We act with transparency and professionalism, maintaining trust with service users, families and professionals.

Supporting people to live well โ€” their way.

Our domiciliary care (also referred to as dom care or homecare) is delivered at a time and in a manner which is suitable for the service user and their family. Our service supports individuals who have a physical and/or learning disability and mental health challenges. We work with individuals and their families to plan long term support that delivers positive outcomes, with milestones suitable for each person. Our support is flexible and can be tailored to the changing needs of the service user.

Working alongside local authorities, education providers, employers and community groups supports the design of our service. We have partnerships with local businesses, job coaches and supported employment schemes to create inclusive workplaces and support service users with training in CV writing, interview prep and workplace behaviour. As part of this, we use online learning platforms with adaptive learning tools for courses in life skills, digital literacy, and financial independence.

We have access to adaptive sports programmes as well as music, drama, painting and photography workshops. We organise nature walks to support mental health and deliver workshops on stress management and emotional resilience and peer-support groups are used to reduce isolation. We hold monthly review meetings with service users to co-design activities.
